Returns within 14 days

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Custom-cut wire and cable

Wire and cable cut to your requested length cannot be returned for a change of mind because they have been prepared to your specifications. Please check the required type and length before ordering. This exclusion does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or supplied incorrectly.

How to request a return

Contact Falsabih at dhari@falsabih.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, please include photos where possible so we can assess the issue.

Free local collection

For approved local returns in Kuwait, we will arrange collection at no charge. Please contact us first so we can coordinate collection, and package the items securely.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please contact us if your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered. The unused-item and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting these issues, including issues with custom-cut wire or cable.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
